Bow Top Play uses a construction technique that means the bars form a gentle curve at the top which is less likely to cause any harm. The fence is manufactured in accordance with RoSPA guidelines, which means there are no hand or neck traps and no sharp protrusions.

The nature of the product means that parents have an unhindered view of their children. The bars are difficult for children to climb and the Gates are designed with an off-set hinge and an anti-slam plate which means that the there is no finger trap. An optional self closer means the gate can shut automatically reducing the chance of children wandering out or dogs wandering in.
