Zaun Limited have recently supplied the fencing for the Salford Sports Village sporting complex in Manchester. "The complex really is an amazing facility" says Paul Painter, Director of Sales and Finance. "It comprises a number of sports pitches and an adult learning facility that caters for high profile sporting bodies and the public alike. The Sports Village is one of the first facilities in the country to adopt the 3rd generation synthetic turf, which has long grass like threads and a deep bed or granulated rubber and sand. This provides a playing surface which is very to close real turf, and has been a big hit with all those that have played on it. Zaun Sports Fencing has been supplied to enclose the pitches, and the high quality finish really makes the facility stand out."

Zaun were also turned to regarding a number of perimeter areas where it was considered that attempted access might be attempted. In this instance Zaun Hi-Sec was supplied, and offers maximum protection while not detracting from the appearance of the sports ground itself.
