Shrewsbury College’s reputation for developing talented athletes is in no small part as a result of its excellent sports facilities and tuition. In order to keep the facilities in state of the art, major development was undertaken in the shape of a new floodlit racetrack and athletics arena. Zaun were approached to supply fencing to enclose the track area and also a handrail barrier to separate the track itself from the spectator area.
Zaun Duo6 fencing was chosen as it is a highly robust and aesthetically pleasing system. Following the perimeter of the track, the system offers a good level of security, ensuring that trespassers are kept away from the newly laid sports surface.
