Our custom built mesh welding machine has been designed specifically to enable us to manufacture many different types of mesh for specific purposes.
With clear, clean lines and bespoke printing solutions. Zaun’s mesh fencing, one of the most cost effective ways to clad and brand a building with a stylish, low maintenance façade. Manufactured from wire mesh or woven mesh, the panels are clean and simple to install.
Various combinations of panel size and mesh pattern are available upon request. Using a computer controlled system that enables variable wire spacing along the length and height of the panel means that we are able to produce a wide range of mesh types.
Our in-house manufacturing capabilities ensure that we provide our customers with the right solutions to their requirements. Our welded mesh manufacturing solutions range from a variety of popular mesh panels, including 3 metre high 8mm twin wire panels with a 50x200mm mesh pattern and 358 (prison mesh) panels.
We have the capabilities to provide bespoke mesh using wires from 2.5mm to 8mm. The mesh pattern, specified by the customer and panels and produced up to 3000x6000mm. We are able to manufacture mesh panels with mesh sizes of 12mmx50mm and upwards.
Variable mesh also available with the use of a computer controlled system. This means that the frequency of wires can be varied along the length and height of a mesh panel. A variable mesh pattern is common in applications such as sports fencing. Usually the lower half of the fence may receive greater impact and so we add additional wires.
We manufacture all welded mesh using pre-galvanised wire compliant with BS EN10244-2:2001. Also available Polyester Powder Coated to BS 6497 in a wide variety of colours. As an option our Clear Cote system is available. This provides a clear coating, giving the protection of powder coating and also enhances the galvanised appearance by with a shiny finish.
To complement our mesh panels angled along the length of the panel are also available. For example for a cranked top in a fencing panel, and multiple V-beam pressings, achieved in a single panel. For aesthetics or in order to increase the rigidity of a panel, pressings are also available.
