Software security expert EyeLynx has been chosen to supply video analytics and closed-circuit television (CCTV) for a five-year contract to upgrade the access control and perimeter security system for a county fire service.
Zaun Group company EyeLynx will provide its SharpView Corporate solution with built-in 100% resilience to record and manage full high definition (HD) CCTV cameras.
The intelligent video cameras incorporate advanced video analytics across the HD images providing superior detection of potential intruders on-site while streaming evidential quality CCTV images to record for a minimum of 30 days in the SharpView RAID-1 mirrored storage NVR.
The first installation was at the headquarters, which houses the senior management team, the combined fire control room, central operational teams, and the fire and rescue service staff.
SharpView’s seamless multi-site management features and compatibility with the access control system will provide the service with a robust security solution for all 29 operational and training buildings.
