However, we remain open for business in line with Government advice, and due to restrictions within our supply chain and a drop in customer delivery requirements, we are operating at a significantly reduced staff level. We are trying to match our output with the demands of our customers. Please bear with us through this challenging time for us all.
Our drivers are continuing to collect and deliver, and we are still accepting materials and deliveries from our suppliers, but this is becoming increasingly difficult.
Many of our customers are now working remotely from the office, but importantly are still making key decisions on specifying and purchasing products and systems for future projects. If your enquiry is not urgent, please email sales@zaun.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
There have been some slight changes in our procedures to comply with government guidelines. Unnecessary visits to our premises should be avoided, and everyone on site is requested to thoroughly wash their hands upon arrival and use the hand sanitiser provided before proceeding.
Our drivers are aware that customers may also have implemented new procedures in the light of recent Government advice and have been instructed to comply with customers’ requests.
To protect our customers and our employees, we will be suspending routine customer visits by our Sales Personnel for the time being. Still, we will continue to support all our customers with help, advice and quotations via phone and email.
