Zaun takes turnkey security to Transec

Turnkey security solutions installed for major British utility companies by Zaun are on show. Demonstrated for two days at the 2014 Transport Security Expo (Transec) at Olympia.

Transit is a global exhibition and conference where security manufacturers, systems integrators and distributors connect with security buyers and policymakers for aviation, maritime, rail and commercial transportation. Transit 2014 boasts 150 exhibitors and an expected 4,500 visitors from approaching 100 countries.

Zaun operates extensively with national governments, security services, utilities and critical national infrastructure.

It was the largest supplier of high-security fencing systems to the London 2012 Olympics and has since secured the main UK political parties’ autumn conferences; the G8 Summit at Lough Erne in Northern Ireland; the Nuclear Security Summit in The Hague this spring: and the NATO Conference at Celtic Manor and Cardiff.

Zaun Limited is the sole remaining manufacturer of welded and woven mesh fencing systems that manufactures the entire system in the UK.  Zaun makes the mesh, fencing panels, posts, clamp bars and fixings at its state-of-the-art five-acre production facility in Wolverhampton in the West Midlands.  Products have been tested and approved by testing organisations including CPNI, LPCB and Secured by Design.
